Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Netherlands: €4.95, delivered in 3-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders of €55.00 or more.

European Union: €4.95, delivered in 3-5 business days.

International (including the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada and other available countries): €4.95, delivered in 3-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. They do not include our 24 hours business day processing time.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
