We stand behind our products with a 30-Night Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 nights of receiving your order.
30-Night Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 nights from the date you receive your item to request a refund. If you are not happy with your product for any reason during this period, we will refund the full purchase price.
You do not need to return the product to us. Once your refund is approved, you are welcome to keep the item. To request a refund, simply contact us with your proof of purchase (such as your order number or order confirmation email).
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. Please have your order number or order confirmation ready when you contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your refund request, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us.
